One licence covers one operator. You buy it, a code arrives by email, and you paste that code into the Software licence screen.

How unlocking works
The code you are emailed is checked on your own machine, so the software keeps working whether or not this website is up, and whether or not the depot has internet that day. Nothing about your routes, staff or rota is ever sent here.
